First of all, my order was overlooked and there was a subsequent delay in shipping. When I received my item, I realized the cord was for European outlets, so I had to purchase an adapter. When I got it home and plugged the frother into the adapter, I found out that I needed a converter in order for it to work. I decided to return it and replace it with the frother I had before. I then found out it would cost $75-$300.00 to return the item so now I am stuck with it.

I prodotti, pur facendo parte dello stesso ordine, sono stati confezionati in due pacchi diversi e questo ha contribuito a garantirne l'integrità. L' unico neo è che sono arrivati un po' in ritardo, forse a causa del Black Friday.

My experience with this Gioie shop it's an excellent 👌 experience even though I had ordered plates set unfortunately when it get here 6 plates were broken which wasn't a good thing to see after the excitement for my christmas dinner set. I've contacted customer service which I highly appreciate Giada customer service she did resolved my inquiries. She replaced all my christmas dinner set and was shipped arrived before Christmas. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this Gioie shop. I'll definitely buy more stuff in the future I'm glad I that I've found them online. There unique with alot of options for different occasions and prices are very good 👍 keep it 💯
