Perfectly packed so the lamp wasn‘t damaged. Precise sending information. Our expectations were fulfilled completely. The lamp is a piece of art in our living-room. We can highly recommend the product and the service.

I purchased an aquarium. The product is exactly as described and is superb in its quality. The delivery was timely and delivered as per the tracking information. My only issue for buyers to beware is, there may be import taxes for exported goods from Italy to countries outside the E.U. The item i bought , on the description page stated free shipping. I assumed from that there were no further costs for me to pay. In the sites T C it does say customers are responsible for the cost of import taxes. I have been in touch with the customer support team to suggest the import tax charge should be made more obvious as for me it was £124. I was expecting free delivery with no further charges. On this rating site someone else had the same issue . I really think they should change there free shipping and add comment customer must pay additional import taxes where applicable. Customer service was prompt in replying to my several e-mails to their credit.

The process of ordering and the delivery were all excellent. The only issue was customs fees but nothing to do with the seller. The object is as you would expect beautiful.

This black chandelier is just beautiful. The 2 boxes it came in was packed well. Good directions. Took us about 3 hours to assemble it. This is really an exquisite piece.

Very pleased with the gondola, but it would help if customers were told that there may be other charges to pay in addition to the basic cost. Indicate where engravings are placed if left at your choice of place.
