I live in Canada and ordered a glass figurine online. I was very pleased with my purchase the figurine was beautiful and exactly as I expected it to be. Getting the package took longer than I expected (and I have made many purchases from European companies) and I would have like to have more timely updates from Murano Glass. I can highly recommend Murano Glass for the beauty and quality of their work.

Very pretty watch. It would've been nice to have a little velvet bag with the label actually attached to it. They are gifts for my girlfriends and they weren't packaged as gifts. But the product is very pretty.

Grande disponibilita' e cortesia ! Consegna rapida e professionale. Nello specifico della pesonalizzazione del mio ordine avevo richiesto una scritta un po' piu' grande, ma va bene ugualmente. Ho accettato anche il prodotto aggiuntivo a prezzo fisso. Mi sarei aspettata una garanzia o quanto meno un identificativo del produttore inserito nella confezione. Nel complesso molto bene.

Cornice perfettamente rispondente al modello ordinato, molto curata la spedizione. Sarebbero necessarie le misure del solo vetro e all'accettazione dell'ordine indicare la data di consegna.

I love, love the beautiful Murano glass heart that is very high quality. Shipping was fast which I also loved. I am only giving four stars because the black cord that came with the heart was broken. The clasp was not attached to the cord, but I have a silver chain so I can still wear the very nice heart !! ❤️❤️
