I love the item, it is exactly what I expected. Beautiful. I was not happy with the tracking of my parcel. Ups system very hard to navigate and I was not told it had been delivered to my neighbour.

One of the bird figurines that I purchased had its tail attached to the body most likely with hot glue. During shipment from Italy to the U.S., the package must have been subjected to elevated temperatures, causing the glue to fail and the tail to become separated from the body. Perhaps a more permanent type of glue could be used. Also, I made my purchase order at the end of June and received the order only at the end of August. If delays in shipment are unavoidable, it would be good to communicate the circumstances with the customer as soon as possible. The figurines that I ordered are quite beautiful, exceeding my expectations for the artwork. I would most definitely consider making additional purchases in the future.

Non soddisfatta completamente. Dalle foto la collana sembrava più viva come colori è un pi opaca. Gli orecchini non sono assolutamente quelli visti e ordinati. Ma visto che nonostante tutto mi hanno fatto i complimenti ho deciso di tenerla. Ma non comprerò più

The piece is beautiful and well made, I would’ve liked to have seen the actual glass master’s name as the signature, but that’s my only complaint.

Very happy about the artistic necklaces I bought. However selecting hand made jewels based on pictures is challenging as the last artistic interpretation can vary from the picture. Either you should refresh the photos more often or propose a means to check the real jewels via a video call or recent photos shared via email. Very satisfy about the fast answer to my email. Best regards

Despite product preparation and dispatch taking longer than originally stated, we were satisfied with the very good quality of the items and with the care in promptly responding to customer queries. For international customers, it would be helpful to more clearly inform about possible custom duties the buyer may be liable for in order to receive the parcel.

All together it's a nice product that my wife loved. I did ask it to be as a gift wrapped but it just came without any special way and covered only with bubble wrap.
