Delivery to Kansas was pretty fast both times (about 3 or 4 days) and the sculptures are beautiful. I'll be ordering again tonight

So many beautiful choices, when we were not able to receive delivery in time for the 1 we picked, however on informing of this we were offered 2 options that were very similar but available for shipping. Once we decided which of the 2 we wanted & advised how urgent we required delivery, it was a wonderful surprise when it arrived the following afternoon. Amazing service & stunning vase.

A couple of issues: 1) the packaging was so flimsy, it got damaged in transportation. Likely, the vase was intact. 2) the surprise item for 20 euros was broken and underwhelming (a cube and something that I assume resembles a heart? not sure). It is terrible. It cheapened the entire product. This was my first order on this site. I plan to buy more Murano vases in the future as gifts. I doubt I will be using this service and will check out some of the other sites.

Uncomplicated purchase process, very fast shipping. The goods were perfectly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. A stunning piece of great craftsmanship from a famous Murano glass master. A great shopping experience. There is nothing to complainat all about here. We are absolutely satisfied and 100% like to recommend Mademuranoglass without any restrictions to anyone who is considering to purchase there.

The products are beautiful and the service is excellent. I had a small problem when receiving my order but the team at mademuranoglass were outstanding in sorting it out. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a set of six Murano glasses online at Mademuranoglass. The website is well designed and it was very easy to order the glasses. I texted a couple of questions and they responded quickly. The glasses arrived at my home in Ontario Canada very well wrapped in a timely fashion. The glasses are exactly as depicted on the website and they are beautiful!
