My Murano glass vase arrived in Australia in mint condition. Great job by the staff in the packaging department. I was very pleased with the free delivery service (DHL) they used. I was even pleased when they contacted with the good news that my package was going to be delivered before the initial estimated delivery time period I was given. I would definitely buy from Made Murano Glass again.....My only gripe was, the $20 mystery glass piece I purchased was disappointing. The item was very small and tacky, but worst of all everytime I look at it I find myself comparing it with my son's ashtray he made me when he was 6yo...I wouldn't dare say its Murano glass, so the ashtray now has a new companion. I definitely won't be ticking that box again and may I suggest you pass on the mystery box and put the $20 towards a new piece of certified Murano glass :)

I purchased this hour glass as a gift for my daughter in law who was retiring after 25 years in the US Navy. It arrived in perfect condition and although I did not see it in person from the picture that was taken it was beautiful.

Tutto bene dal momento dell'acquisto alla consegna. Unica cosa che secondo me è migliorabile è la confezione regalo., mi aspettavo un imballo più' consono per l'occasione, tipo carta bianca tanto per rendere piu' importante l'oggetto.

This is my second purchase from Mademuranoglass and i can say without doubt that the whole experience was once again smooth and professional from the onset. I made a mistake with my initial order the second time and contacted the company direct via email regarding this and my mistake was dealt with straight away without any problem at all by the company. My order arrived today, well packed and secure. thank you very much.
