The website was well done and easy to get around on. I found what I wanted almost immediately and ordered it. It arrived very quickly and unfortunately it was broken. I contacted the company that day. I heard back immediately and was told a replacement item would be mailed the next weekday. The second one came in less than 4 days to Washington State. Extremely quick shipping and arrived in excellent condition. It was a wonderful experience and I would gladly use this company again and advise others to do so as well. A satisfied customer!

We are delighted with our 2 Ohio goblets. They are beautiful. They were very straightforward to order and came promptly and very well packed. The only problems were with the delivery by UPS as they did not check adequately whether we were in and then did not tell us when they were coming. However the third attempt was successful by a delightful and efficient driver.

The difference between what was pictured and what was received was quite dissapointing. The communication and level of service were great though.

A very nice piece of glass it is just as I expected, the ordering process was very simple and the delivery was much faster than I expected. There were no problems with importing it into this country and it was packed and transported very well.

Ho ordinato un prodotto che purtroppo mi è arrivato rotto a casa. Non so di chi sia la responsabilità ma comunque l'assistenza è stata molto utile nell'ottenere un rimborso/reso e in tempi brevi. L'unico consiglio è di evitare di fare affidamento sulle istruzioni scritte sul sito e scrivere una mail direttamente all'assistenza che vi farà sapere le modalità. Spero che investano in mezzi di spedizione più sicuri vista la tipologia di prodotto in modo da evitare questi inconvenienti.
