A very great job. The only disadvantage is, that the footprint is very small and there is the possibility, that the vase falls over.

No objections on the product itself. Low points due to unprofessional attitude of the sales person who wasn't clear upfront when specifically asked if there would be Customs charges when importing their products. Unpleasant feeling is that they would misdirect potential buyers only to sell their products, stating free shipment and NO Customs charges.

The vase I ordered is very beautiful and I ordered it online and received my order very quickly without any problems. It took me back to Italy, a lovely memory.

Very happy about the artistic necklaces I bought. However selecting hand made jewels based on pictures is challenging as the last artistic interpretation can vary from the picture. Either you should refresh the photos more often or propose a means to check the real jewels via a video call or recent photos shared via email. Very satisfy about the fast answer to my email. Best regards

Despite product preparation and dispatch taking longer than originally stated, we were satisfied with the very good quality of the items and with the care in promptly responding to customer queries. For international customers, it would be helpful to more clearly inform about possible custom duties the buyer may be liable for in order to receive the parcel.

I thought everything was perfect until I received the watch. Instead of being beautifully presented it arrived in some non-descript foam and bubble wrap. All in all, a very poor effort!

Bit of a hiccup with availability and dispatch timetable shown on the website but they genuinely pulled out all the stops to get an alternative (and beautiful) product to me on time. Special mention too for DHL, which was superb. Mademuranoglass is very good and I would highly recommend buying your Murano glassware from them.
