Acepto los gastos de envío elevadisimos ( 18€ por un paquete de 25 cms ) y encima no solo tardan en enviarlo si no que el transporte tarda 20 días, si lo hubieran traído andando hubiera llegado antes

Los gastos de envío nunca son una sorpresa, ya que siempre se indican claramente en el carrito. Además, el coste del envío desde Italia a Barcelona (18,00 € IVA incluido) con FedEx es muy razonable. Por último, enviamos su pedido el 22 de octubre y se entregó el 27 de octubre, es decir, en tan solo 3 días hábiles (de Italia a España). Shipping costs are never a surprise, as they are always clearly indicated in the cart. Furthermore, the cost for shipping from Italy to Barcelona (€18.00 including VAT) with FedEx is perfectly reasonable. Finally, we shipped your order on October 22nd and it was delivered on October 27th, or in 3 (THREE!) business days (Italy to Spain).
