Sempre presenti e disponibili al telefono, non mi sono piaciute due cose : sul sito dichiaravano il prodotto disponibile e invece non era disponibile. E anche quando loro stessi mi hanno detto che non lo avevano in Casa e dovevano ordinarlo alla ditta produttrice, hanno continuato a dichiarare sul sito che era disponibile, e non è stato corretto verso gli altri acquirenti

Service client catastrophique, j'ai eu un problème de fabrication sur mon pot qui m'empêche aujourd'hui d'avoir la chicane maintenu. Le service client me dis que ce serait volontaire de ma part de ne pas avoir la chicane et que la garantis ne pourrait pas être pris en compte alors que cela est due a un problème de fabrication de leurs part. De l'argent dépenser inutilement

Ce n'est pas le cas ! Vous avez modifié l'échappement en supprimant la soudure qui maintient le dB-killer. Cette modification a entraîné le détachement de la grille située au bas de l'échappement. Vous nous avez vous-même envoyé des photos de votre modification maladroite. Nous vous avons également proposé de racheter les pièces nécessaires à la réparation de l'échappement endommagé, à des conditions très avantageuses, mais vous avez refusé. Il est évident qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un défaut de fabrication, mais bien d'une modification que vous avez effectuée. Il est donc évident qu'un remplacement sous garantie n'est pas possible, puisqu'il n'y a pas de défaut de fabrication. -- That's not the case! You modified the exhaust, removing the weld that holds the dB-killer. This modification caused the mesh located at the bottom of the exhaust to come loose. You yourself sent us photos of your clumsy modification. We also offered to purchase the components to restore the exhaust after the damage you caused, at extremely advantageous conditions, but you declined. It's obvious that this isn't a manufacturing defect, but rather a modification you made. It's obvious that a replacement under warranty is not possible, as there is no manufacturing defect.
