Ganz einfach hervorragend. Die Qualität überzeugt seit Jahren, die Abwicklung ist einfach und die Lieferzeit der bestellten Ware ist immer kürzer als erwartet/angekündigt.

Die Lieferung hat viel zu lange gedauert: ganze 4 Wochen - und das zur Weihnachtszeit, es sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden. Bestellung am 14.12.17, Lieferung erst am 15.01.18, dazu Zahlung schon am Bestelltag - ziemlich schlechte Kundenorientierung. Verpackung und Lieferankündigung waren dann i.O., als die Ware endlich versandt war. Deshalb doch noch zwei Sterne. (Aber warum gibt es im Januar noch Weihnachtspapier als Verpackung?)

Dieses Mal hat es leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Ich habe Mitte Dezember 2017 bestellt und die Lieferung kam Mitte Februar 2018. Die Abbuchung erfolgte kurz nach meiner Bestellung, das sollte geändert werden. Die Zahlung sollte erst kurz vor Lieferung erfolgen.

Homepage ist langsam, hängt ständig. Warum können einzelne Glieder nicht bestellt werden, kann nicht bei jeder Bestellung ein Armband bestellen. Preise für Schmuckstücke/ Glieder sollen sofort angezeigt werden. Gravur bei Doppelglieder soll angezeigt werden, möchte sehen wie das Schmuckstück aussieht, es reicht nicht den Text mit der Schrift zu sehen.

Es dauert sehr lange etwas zu bestellen,weil man ewig wartet bis das Gewählte gefunden wird! Ausserdem hab ich schon des öfteren bestellt und jedemal wird mein Passwort nicht erkannt,was sehr frustrierend ist!
