I found the website difficult to navigate. Couldnt find any zoom buttons and the categories seem to be less obvious. Did eventually find what I wanted but it is only because it had to be this website that I stuck at it. I also wanted them as separate presents and didnt see the request to have them separate. I think they should be separate unless you request otherwise. Also couldnt see where I could request a gift box

Excellent speed of delivery. Only took 2 days from placing the order to receiving the charms from Italy. I ordered silver charms and as usual they were of superb quality.

I loved browsing the website for the perfect gift. The selection is nice. Information was easy to find. Engraving the charms was easy. It only took 2 weeks to get here, so perfectly on time! It was well packaged so it arrived safely. The only nitpicking I can do is that the communication via email was partly in English and partly in French. Luckily I knew enough French to understand, but I hope they give customers a language choice in the future. Overall a great experience and I will be returning for more charms!
