The website is a little challenging; there needs to be a way to make the charms larger "quick view" when the mouse is hovered over the charm vs seeing a model with a bracelet. Again, in the build your bracelet section. Have the charms provide a "quick view" vs replacing the charm in the right preview panel.

I bought two links and it came with the normal links and they weren’t able to link to the bracelet I own as they only link in one direction. This is unacceptable and I can’t wear it at all.

Shipping prices are ridiculous and said it would take up to five working days and I ended up getting it in fourteen. For the ten pounds I spend on shipping I’d expect better than that, won’t be shopping direct again. I tried to contact customer services but they just said that my order is being processed and got no compensation for a present that came two weeks later even tho I ordered it a week early

I asked if my purchase could be sent any faster as I had forgotten to order in time for my daughter's birthday. It arrived within 3 days and in time for the big day. (Normal postage would have been 2-3 days late). I'm a very happy customer.
