Excellent product came exactly the same pictures shows

Arrived safely, lovely item for my friends birthday

I received the items very fast. The jewelry is beautiful and very good quality. i will order from Nomination again.

The bracelet was gorgeous and the box with the bow was such a lovely touch. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the attention to detail as I see you as a high-end brand. I paid extra for gift wrapping, which included a card with a personalised message written on it. What I received was a scrunched up piece of paper that did not have the message I had written on the back, just the generic text on the front. The regular large gift bag also came with brown stains on the white parts of the bag, was crushed and ripped. I can understand that some of the damage may have happened in the delivery, but I did pay for delivery and expect the products to arrive in good condition.
