Composable Classic Link in gold with round grey pearl

Item was very poorly made, with the stone off centre, overlapping the actual link, and looked cheap and nasty despite being almost £30! Customer services response was that it is not faulty, just ‘handcrafted,’ (ie the stone is glued on by hand) the quality cannot be guaranteed to look like the picture on the website. I was offered a replacement if I returned the one sent but it had to be at my own cost.
