I am due a credit for approximately $100. I have waited 2 months and have not received the credit on my credit card.

Goods were purchased for a present, not received after 10 days... Only after ringing did they ship the item

I care to explain to you that in the month of January unfortunately we have had some delays in shipments due first to the Inventory Reasons (the Company has closed its Stock until mid of January) and secondly to the optimization of our new Software for E-commerce which gave us some troubles. We have done our best to ship as soon as possible all the orders postponed from January and then those of February. Good product, delivery was slower than the website stated. Took 10 working days to arrive rather than the 3-5 days promised, despite very expensive postage cost.
