Ordering all ok . Pleased with my order. Disappointed with packaging as ordered 3 same items 2 as gifts but all came in 1 box. So no extra gift boxes .

Having had the need to use various companies recently for widely differing tasks they almost all fall down or rise above, in one area and that is customer service. Nomination are wat ahead of theultitude.of companies I deal with in the customer service area. They answer.within their specified times.thw give clear directions and advice and help on any way they can. This is a superior company to deal with.

I am satisfied with the product however I wanted one of the charms to be personalised and it came blank - I had to pay £20 extra to get it engraved !

Easy to order online. Customers service was great and answered my questions. Updates when posted out and arrived next day from Italy which amazed me as I thought would be made in the UK. Rightly recommend

Shopping online was easy and straightforward, it came super fast even though it was engraved. When it came I was over the moon. It was a birthday present for my Nana and I had to give it to her early as I couldn’t wait for her to see it. She absolutely loves it! She cried when she first saw it. I c I don’t have a bad word to say, so thank you so much
