Great experience overall. Shipping took longer than expected and did not arrive until after Christmas. But nonetheless my sister loved her gift…! I was also able to use my free shipping promo code so that was a plus.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Co jakiś czas kupuję tylko tutaj. Przesyłki do Polski przychodzą odpowiednio zapakowane. Jakość elementów nomination jest wspaniała, a wybór znakomity.

Worse than terrible. Took an age to dispatch, in fact I had to contact asking why it hadn't been sent. Finally it arrived. Approximately 1 week later it broke, it's now scrap. The final insult is that they break EU regulations by insisting that I pay postage to return a scrap item to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Very long delivery time to Scotland. Especially for £10 delivery on such a tiny item. Item as expected and in good condition. Would most likely not order online again from nomination and instead go to the shop or independent places that stock the charms.

Ordered a bracelet for Christmas which was delivered and exactly what I wanted.

Couldnt use a voucher at the local store had to purchase on line which cost an additional 10 quid for postage and packing. Will not be getting vouchers again.

I bought an e voucher for my friends daughter who jad trouble finding rhe voucher. After a few emails back and for it was sorted i appreciated the speed and help that I had off customers and now have one happy girl who can’t wait to spend it. Thank you for the time and patience to help sort it.
