Bought my mother a gift voucher for Xmas. She ordered the charm early January and its now nearly February and she's still not received it. Customer service only speak Italian. This has been a complete nightmare and will never buy again from nomination

Bought a bracelet and two charms as a gift for Christmas. The recipient absolutely loves it! I ordered it a week before Christmas and was a little worried it wasn’t going to arrive on time as it was coming from Italy. I need not have worried, it was delivered a couple of days before Christmas. I was also kept informed from the couriers about delivery times too. Overall, an amazing experience and will definitely order again.

A pleasure from start to finish

Order delivered promptly but one charm was scuffed on the surface and tarnished on 3 sides. It looked second hand and was meant as a gift. I reported it as faulty and requested an exchange but was advised the appearance was due to the handmade nature of the product. They refunded the item but I had to pay £9 to return it to Italy. The charm looks so bad you would never purchase if seen before hand and the customer service I have received means I would never order from the website again. Very disappointing.

All customers' pictures are forwarded to our Production department for a comprehensive feedback and we need to stick on what they tell us as regards to the guarantee. Please consider that all our items are handmade and they won't never be 100% perfect as if they were made by a machine. This is however the feature of the crafthanded items. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and delivery, the order was delivered ahead of time even though there was a holiday load, thank you very much! But there is one nuance, I ordered engraving on the product, but for some reason a piece of bracelet came clean, without engraving, it upset me, although on the site I entered everything properly and a long time to choose what to write there for my wife!

Initially I was very pleased with my first purchase, but my second am still waiting for. The fact that the money has been taken but there is nothing showing on my account for the purchase.

Outstanding. I missed the Christmas cut off by a day and it still arrived on the 21st. I emailed in the same day I placed my order, immediate response to that. First class service. The jewellery is beautiful. Thank you and good luck in 2024

Wasn’t informed out of stock when ordering. Chased several times. Only once did someone respond. Ensured would be delivered in time for Christmas. It wasn’t. Pretty poor service. Had ordered on 5th Dec. Arrived about a week after Christmas
