Ordered the dog tag chain for my son for Christmas. All the engraving was on one tag and the second tag was blank. Could not send back as engraved. Disappointed.

I purchased 2 bracelets as gifts from Nomination it’s the first time I have purchased their goods online, my order was dispatched quickly and arrived before the expected delivery date. It would be nice if I could have grouped my charms for each person - I got 6 charms all connected and we cannot them apart to then put on the charm braclet - IS there a device or mechanism that helps slide the charm over to expose the clips? We have managed to get some of them apart from the 6 we ordered but now the single charms we are having trouble getting them onto the bracelet.... - HELP!!
