Ordered the dog tag chain for my son for Christmas. All the engraving was on one tag and the second tag was blank. Could not send back as engraved. Disappointed.

I purchased 2 bracelets as gifts from Nomination it’s the first time I have purchased their goods online, my order was dispatched quickly and arrived before the expected delivery date. Both bracelets were beautiful and the friends I bought them for were both pleased with their gifts. I personally own a few nomination pieces and they are timeless and well made, so I was confident that the quality of the products would be amazing. I would definitely recommend Nomination.

It would be nice if I could have grouped my charms for each person - I got 6 charms all connected and we cannot them apart to then put on the charm braclet - IS there a device or mechanism that helps slide the charm over to expose the clips? We have managed to get some of them apart from the 6 we ordered but now the single charms we are having trouble getting them onto the bracelet.... - HELP!!

I ordered 4 charms, they are lovely, but they all came linked together. This was rather irritating as I don’t have a nomination bracelet so I am not used to taking them apart, and as I’m sure we all know they are ether difficult to separate. This just seemed pointless as they could have just come separate.

I am happy with the product but I am not satisfied with the overall online buying experience & I am disappointed with the customer/after sales service provided. I will not be ordering from Nomination again.
