My order was declared as missing by the courier and Nomination ignored my emails asking for help. Still haven’t received my order or money back.

Beautiful bracelet that was brought for a friend for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. Arrived quickly and I was informed at each stage of delivery. Great product and service, would highly recommend.

Online is very difficult to make the right choice Returns are a nightmare, cost £11 and I still need to get a bracelet so having to wait for a refund - it’s been a week so far Would never order online from you again

Concerning the size of the ring purchased, we always suggest our customers to have a check at our Size Guide page, through which you'll have the chance to download our measuring tool as well. Concerning returns, our policy is clearly stated on the website. The cost of return depends on the mail service you'll decide to use. I am STILL waiting on parts of my order! Despite being in contact with customer services who have promised they are being sent, I have had no information on their despatch.

A wide selection to choose from and the ordering process was easy. Disappointed that a search for a shamrock based charm only brought up four leaf clover. Purchases delivered promptly and securely. Would use again. Excellent.
