I was trying to find a 'link' for a bracelet that my fiancee wears on your website. Then a "Buy 2 get 1 Free" banner appears. I am a man who knows nothing about nomination and so I bought 3 OF THE WRONG Charm things! I have had to return all 3 back to Italia!! The promo special offer distracted me on the website. I think the only way to resolve this is to go shopping with my fiancee to the nearest Nomination shop. I will let you know how we get on!!

I bought two charms I had wanted for a while . First class service & I thank you for that. I did try to buy on 3 occasions at a Katia outlet in Cala Bona , Mallorca, however, the woman in the shop was too busy chatting to her friends on all 3 occasions that I voted with my feet & purchased directly from you & I couldn’t be happier with them .

I started a Nomination “travel” bracelet in 2006. Just ordered 3 pieces for my bracelet and it took me an hour to add those pieces because the slot side of those pieces are so narrow compared to my original that it was extremely difficult to hook them on!! It used to be so easy to do this. Not anymore! I noticed also that the pieces are very very slightly shorter from side to side than my originals. Other than this I love my bracelet!

Wonderful service - 3 day delivery from Florence to Ashton-under-Lyne. Who can complain at that! I did order the tool to fix the charms on my bracelet but regrettably couldn’t understand the online instructions. But then I am 78!!!
