I was very pleased with my purchase. The site was easy to use. However, I would not buy from this site again as the postage is very expensive. Only used it this time as I had a promotion that gave me free postage with my first order. Would buy Nomination charms off other sites that offer free p&p.

Item was as expected but delivery took twice as long as stated when ordered and luckily came on daughters birthday even though I ordered in plenty of time. A bit disappointing

Dear Amanda, we regret reading your review. We checked and can confirm that your parcel was dispatched in 3 working days. Delivery took 2 working days as well - respecting standard leadtimes. Shippings are all made from Italy and even if we use an express courier, it may be that just one day is not sufficient to reach the UK. We remain at your complete disposal.
