Great service and delivery. When I ordered I didn't actually realise they were coming from the main dealers and was a bit worried if they would arrive. I needn't have worried, I was notified every step of the way. They arrived perfectly wrapped with gift boxes which I needed as they are for presents. Thank you so much for excellent service which is very rare these days. ❤️

I love the two rose stone charms for my bracelet. They arrived in a short timeframe. I wish I could buy them locally, but was were pleased with my purchase.

Would not buy from this company online again as returns cannot be made at the local Nomination shop - they have to be sent back to Italy at your own expense.

Whilst the web site was a bit cluttered the actual transaction from you was really speedy, 6 days. The courier was EARLY although not in time slot indicated which could have caused problem. Yes I think I would order from you again should I require more of your products. Thank you.

Had nothing but bother back and fourth threw customer services they said they had my full address on label but was just street name and post code then sent one of the bracelets that were completely wrong but I will never order from this company online every again I would of only given half a star aswel but wasn't given that option

The address on the courier's label is the same you put in your order confirmation - that we usually recommend to check in order to amend any mistake in time. As soon as we were warned about difficulties with your delivery we immediately got in touch with DHL in order to sort the situation the fast as we could.
