Thought I would have had next day delivery with a £10 delivery charge but not to be. After further investigation I would have received free shipping by other suppliers, lesson learnt! I also paid fro it to be put in a birthday bag and message. Had to wrap myself so overall a poor experience. Product itself was satisfactory.

Good morning, we regret reading your review. Our shipping times are stated on our website both on the product sheet and at the check out. All our items are shipped from Italy and the £10.00 shipping fee is necessary to face the custom taxes and duties we bear at customs. We really hope this will change in the future. Concerning the gift wrap, we alway send the gift bag flat (without the box inside) as this would damage during transport if not. The product was of good quality but disappointed with the shipping options. Only one option for courier delivery which was £10 (far too expensive for one tiny charm). I signed up for the newsletter for free shipping and the shipping fee was not deducted, I contacted the company about this and they still have not responded. Very disappointing.

Dear Alex, we regret reading your review and will be happy to clarify. Shipping fees cannot be lowered for the time being due to the high duties and taxes we bear at customs in the UK. In case you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive an automatic email with a promocode to be inserted at the check out to get the free shipping. I bought my braclet while in Scotland and I love it. I wear it daily. I came to the website to buy additional links that the shop did not have. The site was easy to navigate and I found just what I was looking for. Shipping was fast and free for me. They need to add a few more countries to their list, but I am sure they will come in time.
