Lovely bracelet. Usual fantastic quality from nomination however ot was to big so had to return. The return procedure is a nightmare. There's no returns label and royal mail can't send it you need to use a courier. This costs a fortune paid for by yourself. Make sure the product you want is definetly what you want otherwise you are paying over the odds to return.

We do actually receive returns from UK basically from Royal Mail - not other couriers - all our customers use it for their shipments. According to the postal service used this may cost from £4 up to £8 max. Please get in touch with us in case you'll need to make further returns and we will be happy to help. Excellent customer service. After ordering, I notice the house number was missing from the delivery address. I contacted Nomination who came back within hours to say they would add it on. The charm was delivered within two days, despite it having to travel from Italy to the UK. Tracking information was provided along the way. The charm itself is stunning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nomination.com and will be purchasing from here again!

I purchased charms for a birthday gift. I had never heard of this before love the concept of the bracelet. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. Lovely gift bag supplied too.

The product was very good and delivery was prompt however, the deli ery charge was on the high side, making it much cheaper to shop in a local store.

Had to deal with customer service rewrobg address used and delivery went to wrong country. Whilst I can say they were helpful my expectation was I shouldn't have to wait to track correction on address to right country. A phone call rather than emails especially when waiting for a DHL update. Daughter's birthday tomorrow and no present! All in all probably wouldn't order from you again. Rating 3

We kinly invite all our customers to check shipping information before completing the purchase in order to avoid such inconveniences. As soon as you informed us about the mistake we immediately got in touch with DHL in order to redirect the parcel to the correct destination. Please consider that there are customs between Italy and the UK and other customs checks are made between the UK and Guernsey.
