We bought bracelets in Nomination online store, it supposed to be a romantic gift but as a result we got only bad emotions from using online store and the slow service. We really so disappointed of this attitude to customers and the ability of solving delivery problems. We were waiting for this parcel so long time and in the end didn’t get it because of custom problems. Several days after we paid it, DHL started calling us many times about customs clearance, it needs to be returned or pay for clearance fee and broker fee because the package exceeds the customs standard price. Every time we tried to contact your company, but the responses were slow and inefficient. We think an international company like you should know about foreign customs requirements when selling products overseas. All customs clearance matters should be communicated with customers in advance, rather than letting customers get phone call from courier company and being asked how to handle this package every day. We feel this is not professional and respectful to people who are buying products from your company!

Dear Tim, many thanks for sending us this detailed review and we can fully appreciate that this has caused such a stressful experience for you. Shipping to China is notoriously complicated. It is an extremely large country, with several customs offices and rules. Each customs also makes use of different rules for importation, applying quantity and price limits that we cannot foresee immediately at the departure of the shipment, but which are communicated to us by the customs as soon as the package arrives at its destination. Anyone who imports foreign products into China is aware of these difficulties and usually uses a customs broker. Unfortunately we cannot know in advance which of our clients already has a broker or not. We sincerely regret the delays in giving effective responses. For each answer we had to check with customs and with DHL at the destination, and this took some time. The return of your parcel has already been arranged. Its a Lovely nomination bracelet. I bought it as a present for my mother in law and she loved it. Delivery was nice and quick they kept ed me updated all the way through.
