I love the charm, it’s the delivery service you use I paid for express delivery and it took 8 days to arrive. This was a present and arrived late. So because of the delivery service won’t be using again.

Your order was dispatched 2 working days after it was placed and, according to the tracking, DHL made a delivery attempt within 48h. It is true that after that they struggled to complete the delivery, and we do apologize for that, but we can grant you this is an unlucky exception, as their deliveries are usually quite fast. My mum loved the gift but the £10 delivery fee when ordering online is criminal

Good afternoon, thanks for your review! We regret reading about your disappointment on the shipping fees. Unfortunately we needed to raise them after the Brexit due to the very high custom duties we decided to bear on behalf of our customers. Our warehouses are in Italy and shipments towards the UK are even more expensive than £10.00. I am thrilled to have been able to replace the bracelet i purchased 20 years ago. The quality is excellent and the service I received in helping me to accomplish my goal of replacement and that of buying a few more for gifts, has been wonderful. Would be 5 stars as I love nomination but I bought two separate charms for 2 birthdays and they came joined and I didn't know how to detach them so had to take to a jewellery shop

Ordered from the website as its so much easier to see the nominations than in the brochure. Unbelievably quick delivery within 3 days. Very meaningful nomination for my friend’s birthday. And an absolutely delightfully received gift.
