I ordered a lovely bracelet for my son’s 10th Birthday. I paid extra for Gift wrapping all I got was a cheap bow thrown in the order. I’m terribly disappointed with the service I received. For the amount of money I spent you would think some effort would have gone into the gift wrapping process. Given one star only good point is it arrived within the stated time frame!

The website is a little challenging; there needs to be a way to make the charms larger "quick view" when the mouse is hovered over the charm vs seeing a model with a bracelet. Again, in the build your bracelet section. Have the charms provide a "quick view" vs replacing the charm in the right preview panel.

I bought two links and it came with the normal links and they weren’t able to link to the bracelet I own as they only link in one direction. This is unacceptable and I can’t wear it at all.

Shipping prices are ridiculous and said it would take up to five working days and I ended up getting it in fourteen. For the ten pounds I spend on shipping I’d expect better than that, won’t be shopping direct again. I tried to contact customer services but they just said that my order is being processed and got no compensation for a present that came two weeks later even tho I ordered it a week early
