Delivery was incredibly slow, far slower than the website stated. Wouldn't order again.

This is one of my favourite jewellery company EVER!! I have created 3 gorgeous bracelets over the last couple of years....it's such a brilliant concept....choose charms that mean something to you....and you have a very unique piece of jewellery! They are great quality and the website is easy to use and delivery is fast. And whatever you order comes packed and wrapped beautifully. I will be ordering more. Thank you Nomination👍❤

I placed an order on 1/8/21. Per the website, it would take 5-7 business days to process and ship. After 7 business days I tried calling, emailing, and contacting via social media, WhatsApp, and the website but got no response until AFTER the order had shipped. My order wasn't shipped until 1/27. It is now 2/10 (over a month) and I still don't have my order. I'm extremely unhappy because the person the order was intended for will be celebrating her birthday in two days and her gift hasn't arrived a full month after it was ordered.

Good morning, we regret reading your review. As per the website, our company was closed for inventory procedures when the order was placed and this has been processed and dispatched as soon as possbile once shipments have started again. We replied to your enquiries after a few hours to clarify the reason of delay. Your parcel is now in transit but severe weather conditions has prevented further processing or delivery attempt of the shipment. Please check the courier's website for further information. 1. Can‘t find the big size bracelet，not available any more？ 2. The bracelet i bought last time was divided to 4 pieces in shipping，very inconvenice

Good afternoon, thanks for your review. Big size bracelet cannot be composed on our website as well as the Classic size one, but you will still be able to purchase the single Links. Please contact us and we will give you all the instructions to find them :) Concerning the shipping to your country, we are already in touch to find the best solution in order to avoid clearance issues at customs.
