Extremely poor delay on delivery

Good morning, we regret reading your review. As stated on our website, we were closed for inventory until the 17th of January. All orders have been processed and dispatched starting from that date. We are aware that the inventory lengthens the shipping times we are used to for online purchases. This is however a mandatory procedure we cannot avoid. Have not received my order as the carrier posted it through wrong door and there is an ongoing very ongoing investigation so not impressed at all

I am giving 5 stars even though my first order arrived after my second order, this did not stop me ordering as the customer service I received with my enquiry as to where my first order was was very helpful and satisfactory. The quality and ease will make this a place I order from again, infact my husband ordered me charms off here as well.
