I am very satisfied with this company! I needed to have my bracelet made bigger and was done within a week ! Customer service answered every email about my concerns ! Will definitely use this company for future purchases!

I bought two links and it came with the normal links and they weren’t able to link to the bracelet I own as they only link in one direction. This is unacceptable and I can’t wear it at all.

Shipping prices are ridiculous and said it would take up to five working days and I ended up getting it in fourteen. For the ten pounds I spend on shipping I’d expect better than that, won’t be shopping direct again. I tried to contact customer services but they just said that my order is being processed and got no compensation for a present that came two weeks later even tho I ordered it a week early

I asked if my purchase could be sent any faster as I had forgotten to order in time for my daughter's birthday. It arrived within 3 days and in time for the big day. (Normal postage would have been 2-3 days late). I'm a very happy customer.
