One of the composable links was very difficult to add to my bracelet. It seemed like there was barely enough room to hook it to the other links. It took me about 15 minutes to add it, even though i used the tool to change it. I think the tool is also overpriced, since it is just a key cord with plastic bits. And i think the amount of gift packaging that you get (with every link a foldable mini box) is just too much and such a waste since i bought the links for myself. You should add the option for customers to choose wheter they want the extra gift boxes or not. It's better for the environment to have to throw away all this stuff. Other than that i think the links are very nice and fun to collect.

Please remember we're always at your disposal by mail or chat, do not hesitate to contact us in case of need :) We offer the chance to write any packaging instruction in the specific field at the check out. Unfortunately we have noticed, over the past years, that many customers did not complete the field, asking for further shipments with only gift boxes. i ordered a charm the weekend before christmas and the delivery date was the 29/12/21 and it was delivered on christmas eve - such fantastic service and a beautiful charm.

Having sent my order a day after Xmas delivery cut off date I was pleased to get an email 2days before Xmas saying it was being dispatched. Next morning received an email saying that it would be delivered to my UK address by 11am.I checked tracking to find it had travelled over land to Belgium, by air to UK then by road again.Verry pleased with Nomination and their delivery service.

Like the nomination pieces, and this is the first time ordering direct from them using a voucher. £10 p&p! Will not use the that website again. Can get the products from other retailers with much cheaper or free p&p.
