Brilliant service from Nomination. Place our order in mid December and the bracelet was delivered as promised before Christmas. The website was easy to use and we were kept informed on progress of our order. We were delighted with the beautiful bracelet.

The duties and taxes we bear on our customers' behalf for the extra ce shipment do not allow us to demand a lower amount. We really hope this will change in the near future. Nice charms, but costing £10 for delivery I'd of hoped I'd of been dispatched and delivered a lot quicker.

Ordered with plenty of time to receive for Christmas. They messed up the engraving, then they couldn’t send a replacement in time for Christmas. Very disappointed.

I was happy with my nominations which were gifts for two different people. Although I got two separate wrapping gs for the charms wrapping the charms, they came joined together and as I’m not good at attaching the charms I’m also no good at separating them. It took me about half an hour to separate them and ended up cutting my thumb in the process. Just a wee heads up that if you’re sending more than one maybe you’d be better keeping them separate as I’m sure others find it a difficult task. However as I said I was very pleased with the service and the charms.

Although the bracelet is lovely, the gift bag and card was shoddy at best, the gift bag was clearly old, damaged and very scuffed and the sticker on card wasn't put on anyway that resembles straight. Very disappointed
