The bracelet I purchased is beautiful and the quality is excellant. The Nomination bracelet was recommended by my sister who purchased a bracelet a few years ago.

I ordered a charm for my niece for her 18th birthday ordered it in time as needed for 17th December it arrived with a stone missing, they were great and said will send a replacement, still not arrived today which is the 17th and when I emailed they are now saying it’s out of stock and awaiting on delivery but the didn’t tell me this until I chased it up

I have three nomination bracelets that I bought about twenty years ago at Kristin Todd’s. I wanted more links for my big bracelet and within a week I had my new links at my front door! Love Pandora BUT I still LOVE MY NOMANATION!❤️

I had an issue with a charm on delivery and after back and forth emails for two weeks I’m still no further forward in getting a replacement. They say my shipment is top priority as soon as the link is back in stock however the item has still always been available for purchase on the website and according to their delivery times would already be here if I had repurchases the day I began my complaint

Good morning. Thanks for your review. As stated on our website, orders of articles available in the warehouse shall be shipped within 5 working days as of the moment of the order. Shipping of articles temporarily out of stock is guaranteed within 3 weeks and in any case within 30 days maximum as of the date of contract. Easy ordering, updates on delivery, although not delivered on the day I was advised and had stayed in all day. Delivered the following day when delivery instructions were updated. Well presented, I’m sure my granddaughter will love the charms.
