The purchase and product from nomination was efficient and was satisfied with. The charm I bought was perfect and shiny and looks really smart. Having bought this as a present for someone else I was tracking delivery regularly to see if it’s whereabouts. It was marked as delivered on the 9th November and didn’t show up until the 11th November. I tried to contact DHL themselves to complain about this but couldn’t see where that would be done. Was very disappointed in this and obviously anxious as it hadn’t been delivered and I was waiting on a special gift arriving. If I were to be pointed in the direction of DHL complaints I would be happy to take this up with them. Nomination experience was good though.

The experience of buying on the website was smooth and easy. I bought two bracelets. One I bought a collapsible bracelet and it’s great. But I also bought a bead bracelet and I didn’t like how long the string was compared to the picture. But that would be my only complaint. Either make the string shorter or change the pic so future buyers would know exactly what they buying.

The customer service was excellent - they sorted the issue (I’d ordered a link that the recipient already had) and went above and beyond to rectify MY mistake. Delivery was very quick.

Easy to use, quick to deliver. The items are of a high quality, can't really comment because they are for a Christmas present but I'm pleased with the bracelet and charms.
