I was very happy with the products received and very happy with the delivery time frame. I only gave it 4 stars and i wasnt too pleased with the fact the links i purchased were were already placed on the free bracelet. As these were a gift for someone who already had a bracelet i was going to keep the bracelet for myself however, after taking the additional links off that i had purchased i am no longer able to use the bracelet as it is now so small and would only fit a child.

Came very fast, however was expecting it to come in a box and only came in a packet.. with £10 postage would expect a box as this will be a gift for Christmas

Good afternoon Shawney, thanks for your review. Our standard packaging for Links (especially if they're sent by courier) is a cardboard pouch with foam rubber. This has been designed to ship our jewelry safely, so that it does not get damaged during shipping. A loose Link in a box would move indeed. For your next purchase, please be aware that we offer the gif wrap option at the check out which includes a gift bag, a ribbon and a personal gift message. The higher shippig fees are not related to packaging but to the duties as this was an extra ce shipment. We remain at your disposal for furthers. Best regards, Carolina Nomination Staff

Shipping was extremely fast and the pieces were very beautiful. The only drawback was the fact that I ordered 2 separate packages and specified that they were gifts for two different people, and received the two pieces already fitted to the gift bracelet and all in a single package, and I had to improvise a package for the second person. However, the brand, as an apology, offered a discount on the next purchase.
