Amazing delivery time and service! However I didn’t like the amount of packaging used to ship a singular charm, seems a bit wasteful. And £10 shipping is very expensive, but it was good.

The Items took a while to get to me, after sending an email to customer service, asking, where is my items ? I had my items within 2 working days. Unfortunately, I had to Return the items as they were unsuitable. very lengthy process to return the items & the cost to return was pretty expensive. I’m still waiting for refund of my goods.

Good morning Kelly, we regret reading your review. Your parcel was dispatched within 3 working days, which is less than our standard handling time, and delivered within 24h from dispatch. Our return policy is stated in our website and we've been glad to answer to your emails in a few hours with all the instructions. As per your information, the items were sent back 5 days ago and of course they'll need a reasonable time to reach Italy. My second purchase in the last 2 months, and I made a mistake & ordered the wrong coloured charm!! I Whatsapp'd Customer Service asking for help & to change the charm colour. They replied promptly & made the change!! Fantastic service!!

I ordered a ring. Wide band with gold and a blue stone. It's absolutely stunning. I needed to contact customer service and they answered my email promptly. Shipping from Italy was fast. I can't wait to order anoth ring and a bracelet. I highly recommend this company. The ring is high quality Craftsmanship and it fits very comfortably. Beautiful, giftable unique pieces. After spending £10 on postage was very disappointed just in the box no gift bag , no book , like u get in the shop , had to order on line as no shops had in stock , very flimsey for the money , I can honestly say I buy a lot Of nomination goods and this order the most disappointing

Good afternoon, we regret to read your review. The shipping costs are highter than last year due to brexit. The costs for the shipments to UK are expensive because the parcels have to be checked at the custom. If you need a gift box, there is the possibility to add 1 at the check-out. Regards Giada

Absolutely shocking. One item not received

Good afternoon Joanne, we regret reading your review. As written by email, the pictures took to your parcel by our Logistic department just before dispatch show all the items ordered included. Following our request to show the package received, and to prove that it had arrived properly closed, we were told that the package had been thrown away and the items already worn. Unfortunately we cannot refund items for which we have evidence of shipment and for which there is no proof of tampering or loss by the courier. We're confident you'll understand our position.
