Shipping was extremely fast and the pieces were very beautiful. The only drawback was the fact that I ordered 2 separate packages and specified that they were gifts for two different people, and received the two pieces already fitted to the gift bracelet and all in a single package, and I had to improvise a package for the second person. However, the brand, as an apology, offered a discount on the next purchase.

I found the whole process very simple and easy to follow. I actually ordered the wrong length of bracelet and when I reached out to customer service they were very helpful and very efficient.

In accordance with current legislation, Nomination replaces at no additional cost any item that has conformity / production defects up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is accompanied by a stamped and signed purchase receipt and / or warranty. My mom loved the gift! Beautifully made. My only issue was that I live in USA and could not ship to UK directly from company. Otherwise very pleased.
