Never had a problem with nomination but your courier (DHL) are a problem.

The website was very well laid out and easy to use. I used the on-line chat to ask a question about the product I was looking to buy, and got a very quick reply which was most helpful. I was also pleased with the time from ordering to delivery.

Charm was lovely but delivery was awful! Took way longer than it said it was so ended up being a late birthday present as tracking kept saying it was on hold

Purely down your courier method and the fact that it went missing for over a week with very little communication. Unable to actually speak to anyone all done via email. As a customer experience manager myself whilst I fully understand the human error element but the way that my issue was dealt with was almost like you didn't care

Our customer service replied to your email in short time, we opened a complaint with the courier who has been able to recover your parcel and deliver it to your address within around 1 week. We also gave you a promo code for the inconvenience. The courier wrongly delivered the parcel but we have been in touch with you in every moment in order to solve the matter as soon as possible. As a family we all collect the nomination charms and they are always a great gift. Always receive fantastic service from yourselves only every had one issue that was caused by me but staff were very accommodating and resolved in my favour quickly. Thanks again will be back soon x
