Loved the my purchase, just not the customer service. I received an email saying there was an issue with the package and it was on hold so I tried getting in touch with customer service but couldn’t get through to anyone. Live chat kept saying no one was available to talk and the reply to my email took a while for me to get a response. I did get a response but not as quickly as I’d have liked.

I just love nomination. They come in a lovely little box and arrived really quickly when I ordered on line. They are really good quality and look amazing.

I only gave a 4 because i most dissapointed with the so called gift wrapping and the fact it was £10 for delivery the if wrapping i would og got the same in store for free and i know other stores dont charge as much for delivery.

Ordered for Mother’s Day and arrived in time well packaged. It was delayed but I was notified and arrived one day later. The 3 items are perfect and look amazing

I paid £10 for nect day delivery and reveived the item after mothers day one week late? I would like this refunded to me will mevwr use this compant again poor communication

Very easy to select charms on website was advise when ordering because I had ordered a engraved charm it would be 2 to 3 weeks delivery but the bracelet and charms arrived within a week excellent service
