Very happy with quality and speed of shipment. Packaging could be improved, not great getting a piece of jewellery without a gift bag.

I order ditect from Nominations & I couldn't be happier. They were here in less than a week. During the time from leaving them to arriving I was notified every step of the way where they were. At one point it said there was a hold up. I emailed Nominations & received an immediate reply. It could have been a text it was so quick. They completely put me at ease & explained it was normal & assured me it will only be a few hours being processed & continue on it's way. It wasnt that long even. Before I received my next email saying it was on the move again. They arrived well wrapped & are beautiful. I will continue to buy from Nominations whether it is for me or for gifts. Thankyou After previously ordering these products from aa local UK retailer last March, they didn't ask for a deposit but that's no excuse for the time & no notifications as to what was happening. I know we all had problems. But business should still run efficiently. Even if it was someone sending oug notification that orders had to be cancelled.
