I ordered a double classic charm that was supposed to be inscribed a message that wasn’t done and also paid to have birthday packaging that also wasn’t sent this was a present for my sisters 40th birthday and I am upset about this

Good morning we regret to read your review. Your order was without the engraving text. The engraving cost has not been paid. 29£ + 39£ are the costs of the 2 links ordered. The cost of the links with engraving should be 29£ + 49£ (10£ is the cost of the engraving). I hope you can check your order confirmation also. Regards Giada
