I ordered a necklace and forgot to add box when i was checking out i got in touch with nomination and they wanted £2 for a box and £10 delivery absolutely shocking i will not be using them again

Poor Ordered several charms together for gifts for family members etc, they arrived all linked together, stuffed in one package, everything else just shoved in a bag to sort myself, plus one had been placed on the free bracelet that was also given. For the money I would expect each one to be packaged individually & nicely. Very disappointed. NO TOOL TO GET THEM OFF, NO MENTION OF SAID TOOL NEEDES EITHER. Thank god for Amazon. Back to Pandora as soooo annoying Doubt I will order online again as caused so much stress.

Good afternoon We regret to read your review but i'm glad to explain our policy. The terms and conditions of the policy were indicated in 2 parts of the website: - Composable Links page - At the check-out If the customer needs the links separately, it was necessary to write the request on the notes field before the shipment. At the same time, the composable tool is not free. It can be purchase on the website at the price of 13£. If you need help to separate the links, please, contact us via email. We will send you a video tutorial to see how it's possible to separate the links by yourself. Regards Giada

Spent just under £300 and I'm very disappointed to say the least. Wore it and it broke through the night whilst I was asleep. Will be returning other necklaces as well.
