Good morning we regret to read your review. Christmas time is a very particular period for us, very busy. Generally our shipping times are 3/5 working days. In this period we need more days for the shipment as stated on the website. Regards Giada

A Very perturbing and confusing message was relayed to me by an automated mailbox saying my package was delayed and that there I needed to contact your company or DHL. When I contacted nomination as requested I simply received an identical email to the first one saying to contact your company. Very frustrating. I then contacted DHL which was difficult and time consuming as your company did not provide a link or their best contact details Therefore I was never sure if the package would arrive. A very poor customer experience.
