Quality of the products is always great. I was very disappointed to learn the products I had ordered were out of stock the day before they were due to be delivered, especially as they were a gift. I would have expected the stock levels to be known at the time of ordering and not shipping.

I was very happy with the bracelet and charms, the wait for my parcel was reasonable and the website was well laid out. I would recommend nomination online
