I have not used my item yet but it looks like the photo. I will use it when I get my next charm. There's no reason why it shouldn't do what it's supposed to. It looks robust enough. Good prompt service.

Composable Charm Tool and Polishing Cloth

One of the composable links was very difficult to add to my bracelet. It seemed like there was barely enough room to hook it to the other links. It took me about 15 minutes to add it, even though i used the tool to change it. I think the tool is also overpriced, since it is just a key cord with plastic bits. And i think the amount of gift packaging that you get (with every link a foldable mini box) is just too much and such a waste since i bought the links for myself. You should add the option for customers to choose wheter they want the extra gift boxes or not. It's better for the environment to have to throw away all this stuff. Other than that i think the links are very nice and fun to collect.
