Very happy with the service, the product and the speed of delivery.

Process was very good. The only time that I felt frustrated was waiting for the despatch e-mail which took approx 7 days. I felt the despatch of a small item , even at Christmas , could have been quicker. When it did despatch , the tracking worked very well and was informative.

I ordered 2 separate charms as 2 separate presents and they have came and they are linked together I can not get them undone.

Customer service? Sucks. Can't score a zero. Way way late, entire answer was suck it up, our terms are clear - we don't need to tell you its not in stock (yeah.. your site says is it?!) and will send it when we can. Thanks Nomination - I nominate you as the worst customer service (term used loosely) of 2020, and thats saying something..

We can understand your disappointment and we regret if you've received a bad customer service. We only explained via email our policy. The two charms I bought came fastened together, however they were gifts for two different people and I found it difficult to separate them and was worried they might get scratched. One did not look in the best condition in the first place.
