We had an issue receiving our e-voucher. It was a birthday gift, so this was disappointing, but perhaps not Nomination's fault, as it went to a spam folder and i have been unable to determine when it was sent. However, Nomination were very responsive when i complained, so i would be happy to potentially buy from them again.

Good morning We regret to read your message but as wrote via email we would like to understand what happened. The gift card codes are sent automatically to the email address of the destinatary. Also in your case, the email and code have been sent to the address used at the moment of the purchase. This is an automatic operation. We wait for your reply via email to verify with you. I found the website difficult to navigate. Couldnt find any zoom buttons and the categories seem to be less obvious. Did eventually find what I wanted but it is only because it had to be this website that I stuck at it. I also wanted them as separate presents and didnt see the request to have them separate. I think they should be separate unless you request otherwise. Also couldnt see where I could request a gift box
