The website is easy to navigate and the delivery time was excellent, especially in the current circumstances. Communication between myself and the courier was also excellent and ensured my parcel was safe!

Excellent service, contacted 2 days before my mums birthday as was worried I wouldnt receive my order in time, they rushed the order through and my order arrived the next day. Absolutely amazing. Fabulous quality jewellery and customer service.

Customer services was very good as I didn't receive a confirmation. But the charm that has arrived is too big to fit into my sisters bracelet. I have contacted you via WhatsApp but so far no response. My sister has 2 bracelets and was not aware of different sizes. Please may I exchange for a smaller charm as a present.
