Item is perfect, just as expected. The only disappointment was that on the day of delivery I got an email telling me to contact DHL as there was a problem with my delivery. Turns out there was no problem with DHL and it would be delivered later that day but the phone call to an 03 number cost me a small fortune! Would have rated as 5 stars if it hadn't been for this

Good morning we regret to read your review. The email you received was an automatic email sent when the parcel has to be redirected to the correct country. The link itself is beautiful and nice. but I think the packaging itself isn’t great. When you compare to another brand and the packaging the tiny fold up cardboard it comes in isn’t great.
